1. About our products THE ART HQ sells digital downloadable wall art. All products are delivered electronically as digital files. No physical item will be shipped. After your purchase is complete, you will receive access to download your file(s).

2. License and use When you purchase a product, you are granted a personal, non-transferable license to download and print the artwork for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may print the file for your home or as a personal gift.

You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense, or commercially exploit any file, in whole or in part. You may not claim authorship of the artwork. All artwork, designs, and content remain the intellectual property of THE ART HQ.

3. Personal use only These files are intended for personal use only. Commercial use, mass reproduction, or use in any product intended for resale is not permitted.

4. Orders and payment All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through our approved payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method.

5. Delivery Digital files are delivered electronically via a download link after successful payment. It is your responsibility to download and save your files. If you have any trouble accessing your download, please contact us and we will help.

6. Refunds Because our products are digital, all sales are final. Please see our Refund Policy for full details and the limited circumstances in which we will make things right.

7. Accuracy and colors We make every effort to display our artwork accurately. However, colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, printer, and paper. Final printed results may vary.
