At THE ART HQ, every piece is a digital product — delivered to you as an instant download after purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final and we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a file has been delivered.
We want you to love what you bring into your home. If you experience any of the following, please contact us and we will always make it right:
- The file fails to download or the download link doesn't work
- The file you received is corrupted, damaged, or won't open
- You received the wrong file or wrong size
In these cases, we will promptly resend the correct file or provide a working download link.
Before purchasing, please review the product details, sizes, and preview images carefully, as we are unable to offer refunds for change of mind or for prints that have been downloaded and printed.
